Central to my treatment approach is to find and treat the underlying cause of the symptoms, and I discovered first hand, the effect of what I ate on my health. I stumbled across the book ‘Food Combining For Health’ by Doris Grant, whilst in the midst of my own health crisis in my late 20’s. Food combining is a simple way of eating, based on keeping starch and protein foods separate at mealtimes. I adopted the teachings of this book with spectacular results, transforming my health within a matter of weeks. The book is easy to read and well worth a look.
I also take various supplements to ensure I’m giving my body the minerals and vitamins it needs, and that I’m able to digest and absorb the food I eat. Here are the products I use and recommend.
