Once daily a.m. as desired throughout the holiday season. On stressful, high social interaction days, twice daily may be indicated. You may find that less frequent doses (perhaps 1-2 times weekly) interspersed with doses of the individual gemstone essences or other gemstone essence blends would be most appropriate. Listen to your body.
